Delete your data

Effective October 21, 2026 · For the Dinra iPhone app

The short version

1. Delete All Data in the app

  1. Open Dinra and tap the Me tab.
  2. Tap Help & Privacy.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete All Data.
  4. Confirm with Delete. This can't be undone.

Dinra then starts like a new install. Deleting the app from your iPhone also erases the data stored on the phone.

2. Ask us to delete records held by our providers

Some data is held by service providers on our behalf: Adapty (subscription status), OneSignal (notifications), AppsFlyer (install source) and Google Firebase Analytics (usage stats). To ask for it to be deleted:

  1. In Dinra, tap Me › Help & Privacy › Contact Us. The email includes your Support ID.
  2. Write “Please delete my data” and send it.
  3. Then, if you like, tap Delete All Data.

Please send the email before you tap Delete All Data: afterwards the app has a new Support ID, and we may not be able to find your old records. If you already deleted your data or the app, write to [email protected] anyway and tell us roughly when you installed Dinra and your App Store country — we'll do what we can.

We confirm your request within 2 business days and pass it to each provider. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days. Some information may be kept longer where the law requires it, for example purchase records for tax and accounting. Apple keeps its own records of your App Store purchases under Apple's privacy policy.

3. Shop Together data in iCloud

A shared list lives in your own iCloud account, not with us. To delete it, tap Shared at the top of the List, then Stop Sharing. It disappears from the other phones too. A person you invited can tap Leave This List. Delete All Data does the same automatically.

4. Waitlist emails from dinra.app

If you joined a waitlist on our website, use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete it.

5. More about your rights

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or get a copy of your data. See your rights in our Privacy Policy.
